The majority of CYCLO CROSS models feature a full carbon tapered fork with a 15 mm bolt through axle. The bolt through provides stiffness for the axle whilst the tapered carbon steerer provides vertical stiffness, providing very precise steering and enhanced confidence in corners (from 400 and above).
Bolt Through Rear Axle
Our carbon frames feature a 12 x 142 mm bolt through rear axle to provide extra frame stiffness, it's also very handy for realigning discs when reinstalling a wheel.
Internal Cable Routing
Cables are routed through the frame to keep the look of the bike neat and uncluttered. This also protects the cables from moisture and dirt.
Carbon or Aluminium
Lightweight carbon or sophisticated aluminium frame options. Key differences, other than construction materials, are that the carbon frame has a 12 mm bolt through rear axle adding to frame stiffness and Press-Fit 86 bottom bracket whilst the triple butted and hydroformed 6066 aluminium frame has conventional quick release and threaded bottom bracket.
All CYCLO CROSS models are equipped with disc brakes, providing high performance braking isolated from the weather and muddy conditions by their location at the wheel hub rather than conventional rim brakes. Models 600 and above are equipped with hydraulic disc brakes.
Most of our CYCLO CROSS models have the ability to add mudguards making them more versatile, particularly when used as a training or commuting bike.
